Upon our receipt of your purchase order either by email or whatever means, we will send you a proforma invoice (PI) by email. Your order will be prepared and shipment made as soon as your T/T (bank to bank telegraphic transfer) is received by our bank in Taiwan. This PI is normally valid for seven days. When placing an order please specify on the mail your name, company name, telephone numbers, shipping address, and how you want your shipment to be sent.If you like to have your shipment insured please let us know too. Insurance coverage is always recommended for all shipments especially to high risk countries and regions.
Normally shipments are sent by either one of the following methods: DHL, Federal Express, UPS, EMS (Postal Mailing Service), or your assigned forwarder in Taiwan. Shipping time varies but normally major couriers such as DHL, UPS, and Federal Express will take about 1-2 days within East Asia region, 2-3 days to Europe, North America, Middle East regions, and about 4-6 days to South America and Africa. Shipping time by EMS will take about 2-3 days within East Asia, 4-6 days to North America and Europe, and about 7-10 days to South America and Africa. Shipping time via freight forwarder will depend on the flight connections and cargo space booking conditions. Freight charge varies by the destination and over-all gross weight of the shipment.
All payments are to be made by bank to bank telegraphic transfer (T/T) in advance. Western Union transfers are accepted for first time small sample orders. We do not accept payments made by bank checks or Letter of Credit (L/C).
